The performance shows all people's ardent yearning and reverence for Kim Jong Il, who had made significant contributions to the revolutionary cause of Juche and the cause of global independence.

It also represents the fixed will of the Korean army and people to build a thriving socialist nation based on the Juche idea with the same spirit as was displayed in successfully launching the satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2 under the guidance of their supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

The performance, consisting of group, single, duet and trio synchronized swimming and others, draws high acclamation for its skillful techniques.

What catches the eyes is the group synchronized swimming "Where Are You from" performed by more than 30 schoolgirls, which gives a glimpse of the DPRK children enjoying a happy life under the care of Kim Jong Un.

The demonstration performance is to run until Feb. 17.
