On display in the venues of the events were photos on Songun leadership exploits of Kim Jong Il and exploits of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed there were books and photos introducing the Korean people in their efforts to build a thriving nation.

Participants of the film show watched Korean film "Fireworks for a Thriving Nation".

Jesus Antonio Carlos Hernandez, general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico, said in his speech that Kim Jong Il was a distinguished thinker and theoretician and a peerless Songun brilliant commander who led the revolutionary cause of Juche to victory, and an ardent patriot and leader of the people whose revolutionary career had been characterized by the devotion to the country and people.

Milcho Gyuvrov, chairman of the Bulgarian Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification, noted that Kim Jong Il developed the Workers' Party of Korea into an ever-victorious party in which all its members are united as one on the basis of the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung, and devoted his life to the freedom and happiness of the people, friendship among the peoples and the global cause of independence.

Marco Rizzo, general secretary of the Leftwing People's Party of Communists of Italy, noted that Kim Jong Il was an outstanding leader of the global socialist movement and a political elder who performed immortal feats in the history of human thinking and socialist reconstruction movement.

I firmly believe that the Korean people would achieve a final victory in building a thriving socialist nation under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, he stressed.

A message of greeting to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event held in Bulgaria.
