Tribute Paid to Kim Jong Il

| Pyongyang, February 17 (KCNA) -- Staff members of the consulate generals of China and Russia in Chongjin visited the mosaic portrait of smiling leader Kim Jong Il in Chongjin City, North Hamgyong Province, on Saturday, to pay respects for him on the occasion of his birth anniversary (the Day of the Shining Star). They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portrait and paid tribute to him. Chinese residents in Chongjin City laid a floral basket before the portrait and made a bow that day. |
