DPRK Wrestler Wins Gold Medal at Int'l Wrestling Tournament

| Pyongyang, February 17 (KCNA) -- DPRK wrestler Yang Kyong Il placed first in the men's 55 kg category freestyle wrestling event at an international wrestling tournament held in Bulgaria. In the finals, Yang beat his Romanian rival, bagging the gold medal. The tournament, which was opened on Feb. 15 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, brought together excellent players from the DPRK, Russia, Romania, Poland and other countries. |
