Nigeria Congratulates DPRK on Its Successful Third Underground Nuclear Test
Pyongyang, February 18 (KCNA) -- A meeting was held at Nasarawa Provincial University of Nigeria on Feb. 12 to hail the DPRK's successful third underground nuclear test.

Present there were the chiefs and members of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and its affiliated organizations and professors and students of the university.

Speeches were made there.

The head of the Political Department of the Sociology Faculty of the university said that the DPRK conducted an underground nuclear test as part of its practical countermeasure to protect its sovereignty from the hostile action taken by the U.S. in wanton violation of its legitimate right to satellite launch for peaceful purposes.

The recent nuclear test will encourage the service personnel and people of the DPRK in their drive to build a thriving nation and mark an important occasion in defending the peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula and the region, the head noted, adding:

Nigeria should learn from the DPRK to build its own strength.

The speakers warmly congratulated the DPRK on its successful nuclear test, unanimously saying the DPRK is the best.
