The message paid highest tribute to leader Kim Jong Il on behalf of the Supreme Council of the United Malays National Organization of Malaysia and all its members on the occasion of his 71st birth anniversary.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and greater success in his responsible work for leading the country, expressing hope that the relations between the two parties would grow stronger.
