It was reported that the north-targeted joint military exercises will be staged under the pretext of coping with someone's "submarine provocation" with more than 10 warships including Aegis destroyer, sea-patrol planes and other huge armed forces involved.

The warmongers claimed that the exercises would help strengthen the "alliance" with the U.S. and "reinforce the posture of strongly reacting to the north's threat" on its basis.

Their ceaseless north-targeted saber-rattling is pushing the situation on the Korean Peninsula to the brink of war.
