The Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship in an article on Feb. 12 extended warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un, supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, for leading the 3rd underground nuclear test to success in the wake of the satellite launch by dint of the great Songun politics, sending once again full support and solidarity to the Korean people.

The success of the nuclear test conducted as a legitimate measure for self-defence is an event which greatly encouraged all the Koreans and other revolutionaries and anti-imperialist fighters in the world, the article noted.

As long as the army and people of the DPRK are under the Songun leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, they will smash the moves of the U.S. and its stooges to stifle the DPRK to reliably defend the sovereignty and dignity of the country and reunify it.

Christer Lundgren, chairman of the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association, in an article on the same day said that the recent nuclear test of the DPRK has defensive and deterrent nature.

The article is titled "The nuclear test of the DPRK is a measure for self-defence to cope with the U.S. hostile policy."

It stressed that the U.S. and its allies should make a switchover in its hostile policy toward the DPRK as early as possible to defuse the tension on the Korean Peninsula.
