Present there were Ju Yong Il, chairman of the "Old Men" Association for Korean Cultural Tradition in Uzbekistan, officials of Korean compatriots organizations, heads of the art troupes of Korean compatriots and other Korean compatriots.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before the full-length painting of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il at the DPRK embassy in Tashkent.

They watched a Korean film documenting revolutionary activities of Kim Jong Il energetically leading the work to strengthen the Korean People's Army.

There took place a photo exhibition on the theme of "The great Comrade Kim Jong Il of Korean people" on the same day.
