He started the Songun revolutionary leadership with his inspection of the Seoul Ryu Kyong Su 105 Guards Tank Division of the Korean People's Army, developed the Workers' Party of Korea into a revolutionary party of Juche type and comprehensively systematized and developed the Juche idea.
