Congratulatory Message to Kim Jong Un from Ugandan President

| Pyongyang, February 21 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, received a congratulatory message from Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Ugandan president, on Feb. 12. The president in his message sent his best wishes to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the government of the DPRK and its people on behalf of the Ugandan government and people on the occasion of the 71st birthday (Feb. 16, 2013) of HE Kim Jong Il, the great leader of the Korean people. He noted that the great leader devotedly served his people all his life, turning his country into a single-mindedly united great country and achieving socio-economic development. Highly praising the life and the great feats of Kim Jong Il, the president hoped that the good bilateral relations with Kim Jong Un, and the government and people of the DPRK would steadily develop. He sent highest regards to Kim Jong Un. |
