| Pyongyang, February 21 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry released a statement on Feb. 12 as regards the third underground nuclear test conducted by it as its self-defensive measure for self-defence to cope with the U.S. hostile policy toward it. The statement was distributed as an official document of the UN Security Council S/2013/91 on Feb. 19. |
