It said:

After the DPRK's successful satellite launch, the United States instigated the UN Security Council to fabricate a "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK.

It is a mistake for the hostile forces to try to do harm to the DPRK with sanctions and pressure.

The U.S. will not be able to escape a shameful defeat as in the past.

In the light of the fact that the U.S. remains unchanged in its hostile policy toward the DPRK, the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula is impossible without the denuclearization of the world.

Due to the U.S. increasing hostile policy toward the DPRK, the six-party talks and the September 19 joint statement can no longer exist.

There will only be a dialogue for ensuring peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula and the region, but not a dialogue for discussing the denuclearization of the peninsula.

The DPRK will bolster up its military power for self-defense in every way including the nuclear deterrence to cope with the U.S. evermore undisguised moves to stifle it.

The DPRK has a legitimate right to beef up its nuclear deterrence to meet the constant threats posed by the imperialists.
