Tani Baler Lopera, international secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Peru (Red Motherland), said that the DPRK ranked itself among satellite manufacturing and launching countries and nuclear powers recognized by the world thanks to the Songun politics formulated by Generalissimo Kim Jong Il and carried forward by the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The chairman of the Peruvian Committee for Remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il noted that no force on earth can encroach upon the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK which is holding Kim Jong Un, brilliant Songun commander, as supreme leader.

Roberto Carbonel Pezo, chairman of the Peru-Korea Friendship Institute for Study of the Juche Based Songun Policy, said no one can take issue with the nuclear test conducted by the DPRK to protect its sovereignty and dignity as it is its legitimate measure for self-defence.

Yuri Castro Romero, secretary general of the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship, said that the DPRK's successful nuclear test is a great event of encouraging not only all Korean people but all revolutionaries and anti-imperialist fighters in the world.
