The chairman of the Supreme Council of the Socialist Party of Romania said that Kim Jong Il was the greatest man who performed immortal exploits in carrying out not only the Korean revolution but also the human cause of independence.

The chairman went on:

We will never forget the exploits he performed in developing the friendly relations between Romania and the DPRK.

The Socialist Party of Romania will invariably make all efforts to develop the friendly and cooperative relations with the Workers' Party of Korea in the future, too.

The department director of the Malian Prime Minister's Office said:

Kim Jong Il, fully possessed of personality and qualifications of a great man, was an extraordinary thinker and theoretician and peerlessly elder statesman who wisely led the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence with his profound ideological and theoretical wisdom and outstanding leadership.

He set an example in carrying out the cause of perpetuating the memory of the leader unprecedented in the human history of politics and made the august name and revolutionary career of President Kim Il Sung shed their rays forever.

His whole life is the most brilliant one of a peerless patriot and great revolutionary who devoted his all to the Korean revolution and the human cause of independence.
