On the basis of these achievements we must further spur the drive to push back the frontiers of latest science and technology in all fields. We must put overall science and technology of the country including metal, mining and light industries, agriculture and applied technology on the world level.

All the people should conduct the drive for pushing back the frontiers of latest science and technology with pure loyalty and strong sense of moral obligation like the satellite scientists who conquered space and like those merited people who contributed to the successful third underground nuclear test to help the country emerge as a power of science and technology, and glorify the immortal exploits of leader Kim Jong Il all over the world.
