They warmly congratulated the nuclear weapon developers who are spending pleasant days in Pyongyang, given the greatest privilege and favor under the loving care of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

They said that the recent nuclear test represented a great victory which demonstrated that there is no limit to the will and capability of Songun Korea to protect the sovereignty and a signal victory in the history of the nation as it gave faith in sure victory and optimism to the army and people of the DPRK.

They asked them to achieve greater successes in scientific researches for bolstering up the nuclear deterrent for self-defence.

The scientists, technicians, workers, soldier-builders and officials braced themselves up to rapidly develop the nation's nuclear technology and thus make a positive contribution to further glorifying the DPRK as a nuclear weapons state.
