Present there were Pak To Chun and officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and those greeting their birthdays.

Pak made a speech there.

He recalled that the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un made sure that a birthday party was given for those of merits greeting their birthdays during their stay in Pyongyang.

He called on them to contribute to more fully demonstrating the dignity and might of the matchless nuclear weapons state by devotedly defending the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by Kim Jong Un.

He called on all of them to bolster the nuclear deterrent of the country in every way by raising the hot wind of pushing back the frontiers of latest science and technology.
