| Pyongyang, February 26 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, sent a message of greeting to Raul Castro Ruz, president of the Council of State of the Republic of Cuba, on Monday. The message said: I extend warm congratulations to you upon your re-election as president of the Council of State of the Republic of Cuba at the First Meeting of the 8th National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba.
