The leader sincerely wished the dear respected Kim Jong Un, the supreme leader of the DPRK, good health and success in his responsible work.

He said he has always remembered the honor of being received by general secretary Kim Jong Il during his visit to the DPRK.

He referred to the fact that the Korean people succeeded in launching satellite launch and conducting the third underground nuclear test.

He expressed sympathy with the DPRK exerting efforts to bolster up its defence capability to cope with the prevailing grave situation.

He stressed that his party attaching importance to the development of relations with the WPK supports the DPRk's building a thriving nation and rejects the attempts of the imperialists to settle the issue of the Korean Peninsula by force.

He expressed conviction that Korea would be reunified according to the reunification proposal by federal formula set forth by President Kim Il Sung.
