The U.S. and south Korean puppet forces seek to mislead the public opinion, describing them as "annual" and "defensive". With no rhetoric can the war-thirsty forces cover up the gravity and danger of the joint military exercises.

In case a new war breaks out on the Korean Peninsula due to reckless military provocation of aggressors, it is bound to lead to an all-out nuclear war. The DPRK can never allow the south Korean bellicose forces to seriously threaten it by force of arms in league with foreign forces and increase the danger of a nuclear war to extremes.
