Lectures took place in Russia, the Czech Republic and Tanzania, a seminar and book and photo exhibition in Brazil and round-table talks and film shows in Myanmar and Libya from February 15 to 19.

The chairman of the Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea lauded Kim Jong Il's history of the Songun revolutionary leadership, wishing the Korean people great success in the struggle for building a thriving socialist nation, defending the sovereignty of the country and achieving national reunification this year marking the 60th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.
