British Organizations Condemn U.S.-S. Korea Joint Military Exercises

Pyongyang, March 5 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association made public a joint statement on Feb. 23 in denunciation of the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises to be kicked off by the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces against the DPRK.

The U.S. imperialists seek to turn the land, sky and sea in the southern part of the Korean Peninsula into the theatre for war drills, the statement said, and went on:

Involved in the exercises are the U.S. imperialist aggression forces, huge south Korean puppet forces and even U.S.-led satellite forces under the mask of "UN forces."

Key Resolve and Foal Eagle are, in essence, part of aggression moves of the U.S. imperialists to stifle socialist Korea centered on popular masses and expand their colonial ruling system to the whole peninsula. These are also the gravest challenge to global peace.

The statement demanded the UN Security Council retract all the "resolutions" it cooked up against the DPRK.

It called on the friends of the DPRK and followers of the Juche idea and Songun idea to extend full support to the DPRK.
