It denounced Western reptile media for making false propaganda about the DPRK's nuclear test, saying a man of perception understands that the DPRK had access to nukes to defend itself and deter a war.

It cited facts to prove that the U.S. is spending huge funds for reinforcing its nuclear arsenal, keeping lots of military bases in various countries and regions.

It continued:

Who will believe that the ill-famed aggressor U.S. is spending so stupendous amount of funds for "peace."

Was there anyone who took issue with a U.S. nuclear submarine busy with naval maneuvers with south Korean armed forces in waters off the Korean Peninsula just a few weeks ago?

Their purpose was to pose a threat to the DPRK.

It is the view of the DPRK that its own muscle can protect peace as long as there exist high-handed and arbitrary practices on the earth.

The U.S.-led imperialists seem to feel disgraceful over the fact that such small country as the DPRK has acquired the capability to check aggression and defend its sovereignty.

The paper said the DPRK's nuclear test makes those seeking world domination fearful but constitutes a good example to be followed by those countries keen to defend their sovereignty.
