The moves being committed by the U.S. and other hostile forces over the DPRK's satellite launch and 3rd nuclear test have gone beyond the limit.

The U.S. is waging the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle aimed to mount a preemptive nuclear strike together with its south Korean puppet forces. Involved in the drills are the striking group of a nuclear carrier carrying over 100 nuclear warheads, B-52H, and the ground, naval and air striking means.

The reality in which the moves of the hostile forces to infringe on the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK have reached the dangerous stage is forcing all the servicepersons and other people to make a decisive decision.

The enemies are still running amuck quite ignorant of who their rival is.

It is the DPRK's mode of counteraction to wipe out the enemies coming in attack with rifles with artillery, and counter nuclear threats with precision nuclear striking means that have become further diversified.

The DPRK has only won victories in the fights for defending its sovereignty without making any concession.

The history of the country which covered the path of victory despite all sorts of trials and hardship clearly proves it.

As such events as the Fatherland Liberation War in the 1950s (Korean War), the accident of the U.S. spy ship "Pueblo", the accident of EC-121, the U.S. spy plane, and Panmunjom incident show, the army and people of the DPRK have emerged victorious in the standoff with the U.S.

Although the U.S. makes bluffing now, it can never provoke the DPRK.

The DPRK is neither the Balkans nor Iraq and Libya.

If they are going to deal with the DPRK with the arithmetical accounting for its territorial size, population and economic power and military capability, they will be fated to lose.

The DPRK is under the leadership of the illustrious commander born of Heaven and has the strength of single-minded unity of the people who are firmly rallied around him.

The human rifles and bombs ready to launch the showdown with the U.S. are waiting the order for a final attack.

They are fully ready to blast the stronghold of the U.S. imperialists and their allies on the earth.

The hostile forces are destined to meet the miserable fate from the moment the DPRK takes a new retaliatory measure.

They should always bear in the mind that they are standing at the critical crossroads.
