Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises kicked off by the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces are aimed to destroy military bases and facilities of the north with latest war hardware and nuclear weapons and swallow up the whole of the north, the resolution said.

It strongly denounced the south Korean authorities for kicking off the war maneuvers for aggression against fellow countrymen in league with foreign forces.

The north-south relations which had dynamically advanced toward reunification through national reconciliation and cooperation were totally derailed by the Lee Myung Bak regime and there is no prospect for the solution, it noted.

The reality in which the south Korean authorities are intensifying suppression of the forces for reunification movement by invoking the "Security Law" is triggering off resentment of all Koreans in Europe who aspire after reunification, it said.

It urged the south Korean authorities to stop the nuclear war maneuvers and opt for implementing the north-south joint declarations.
