Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint war exercises kicked off by the U.S. and its allies including the south Korean puppet warmongers are nuclear war drills and three-dimensional preliminary war aimed to mount a preemptive attack on the DPRK from A to Z, the statement said.

It accused the U.S. of seeking to find the way-out from serious situation at home in igniting the second Korean war.

It branded the U.S. as the arch criminal and chieftain threatening peace and security.

Now that the U.S. intends to unleash a nuclear war, the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK are left with no option but to exercise the right to preemptive nuclear strike at the strongholds of aggressors in order to protect the supreme interests of the country, it noted.

If the U.S. ignites a war finally, the ferocious aggressors will perish in the flames of justice that will flare up like a volcano and this will end in removing the cursed Military Demarcation Line, it said.

The Liaoning Regional Association of the General Association of Koreans in China issued a statement on the same day condemning the warmongers for their madcap nuclear war moves.

The statement warned the U.S. imperialists and their allies not to act rashly.
