Present there were officials of the local party, armed forces and power organs and working people's organizations, service persons of the KPA and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces, officials and other people of industrial establishments and co-op farms and teachers and students of universities and colleges.

The statement was read out at each rally.

Then followed speeches.

The speakers expressed support for the statement, noting that it reflected the will of all service personnel and people of the DPRK to conclude as early as possible the final decisive battle against the brigandish U.S. imperialists keen to infringe upon its dignity and sovereignty at any cost and their faith to win a sure victory.

The DPRK's third underground nuclear test was a very just step for self-defence to cope with the vicious anti-DPRK moves of the U.S. and all other hostile forces which labeled the DPRK's launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2 illegal, they stressed.

They branded the U.S. imperialists as the thrice-cursed sworn enemy as they prodded the UN Security Council again into adopting a "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK over its underground nuclear test, while staging madcap joint military exercises to invade it.

The U.S. heinous hostile policy toward the DPRK designed to bring down the ideology and system chosen by its people by disarming it and stifling it economically is bound to go bust, they declared.

The army and people of the DPRK never make an empty talk but do what they determined to do, the speakers noted.

They will make a strike of justice at any target anytime as it pleases without limit, and surely achieve the great cause of the country's reunification, the cherished desire of the nation, stressed the speakers.
