Strongly denouncing the U.S. Administration and the south Korean authorities for their above-said joint military drills, the letter said:

The drills aimed to invade the DPRK after mounting a preemptive attack on it are a grave threat and blackmail against the DPRK, not ones for defence in their scale and nature.

The U.S. has no right and reason to meddle in the issue of Korea.

The U.S. troops in south Korea are a product of policy of aggression and colonialism.

We urge the U.S. and the south Korean authorities to immediately stop the above-said exercises.

The U.S. forces should be withdrawn from south Korea at an early date and the south Korean authorities put an end to their acts of sycophancy and treachery.
