The U.S., though belatedly, should face up to the reality, stop at once the aggressive and adventurous nuclear war maneuvers, immediately apologize for getting the UN Security Council to authorize another "resolution on sanctions" which wantonly encroached upon the sovereignty of the DPRK, and recognize its right to satellite launch for peaceful purposes.

It should, in particular, correct its hostile policy toward the DPRK.

If the U.S. intends to continue making the DPRK a victim to its aggressive and hegemonic foreign policy, not rolling back its hostile policy toward the DPRK, it will accelerate its self-ruin.
