Sit-in Strikers Protest War Maneuvers in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, March 12 (KCNA) -- The Joint Action for Peace against War of south Korea is staging a sit-in strike every day amid the support of people from all walks of life in protest against the north-targeted war maneuvers by the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet warmongers. The sit-in strike started on March 5. The organization staged a sit-in strike in Seoul on March 9, too. Joining the action were members of the Unified Progressive Party, the opposition party. The strikers said sovereignty is most important for them and to defend it is more precious than their lives. They called for further expanding the struggle for peace against war today when the danger of war is increasing than ever before. They stressed that the struggle for preventing a war and defending peace is sure to win. |
