Rodong Sinmun Blasts Rigmaroles of Former S. Korean Unification Minister

Pyongyang, March 15 (KCNA) -- Ryu U Ik in his "address" made leaving the office as minister of Unification on March 11 talked the nonsense that the Lee Myung Bak regime sought to take the "road of developing south-north relations and pursuing co-existence and co-prosperity but the north opted for a nuclear test." He also jabbered that "the longer the north takes a wrong path, the greater difficulties and peril it will face."

He, at the same time, cried out for "substantial preparations for unification", urging the north not to forget "human rights".

Rodong Sinmun Friday in a bylined commentary terms his jargons sophism which can be let loose only by Ryu, the worst confrontation maniac.

The commentary goes on:

The present worst catastrophic phase of the inter-Korean relations is attributable to the crimes traitor Ryu has committed for the last 17 months of his office by zealously working to implement the confrontation policy of traitor Lee.

The above-said reckless remarks made by Ryu are aimed to prod the new regime into the same "human rights" racket against the DPRK and the farce called "jar of unification" as the Lee regime did, in a bid to lead them to "the unification of social systems."

His retirement will never help write off the hideous crimes he committed against reunification.

The Korean nation will certainly bring Lee Myung Bak and Ryu U Ik to the court of history so that they may face a stern punishment.
