There is widespread struggle in south Korea to bring traitor Lee Myung Bak to justice for his hideous crimes during his office.

The YTN Trade Union some days ago took the case of Lee to prosecution, charging him with the illegal surveillance of civilians. The Citizens Solidarity for Democratic Society and Human Rights indicted Lee and his family for the suspicious purchase of housing lot in Naegok-dong.

The mounting campaign calling for punishing Lee for a gamut of irregularities and crimes soon after the end of his office is an eruption of the pent-up grudge and wrath of south Koreans and a righteous struggle for setting right social justice.

To look back, Lee was engrossed in injustice and evil acts during his office.

Many were shocked by the disclosure of a series of unprecedented cases of corruption and irregularities and swindling committed by Lee and his families, relatives and close confidants ranging from the case of BBK stock price manipulation, case of illegal "electioneering fund", the savings bank case, the case of CNK stock price manipulation, the case of illegal surveillance of civilians and the case of purchasing housing lot in Naegok-dong.

South Korea turned into corrupt society, a living hell because of the despicable crimes committed by Lee, who earned an ill fame as "a die-hard swindler", "an incarnation of shamelessness and brazenness" and "president full of irregularities" and by his families and relatives.

So many are crimes the traitor committed against the nation through confrontation with fellow countrymen and war moves.

The traitor harmed the dignity and interests of the nation through the pursuit of sycophantic treachery and plunged the north-south ties into a deadlock, creating a serious stumbling block in the way of peace and reunification.

No wonder, he is branded as a matchless sycophant and traitor and a die-hard confrontation and war maniac who puts the "five traitors of 1905" into the shade.

Top class criminal Lee is now unable to escape a stern punishment by the angry people of all social standings in south Korea and all other fellow countrymen.

As the successive pro-U.S. lackeys did, Lee will meet the most miserable end, cursed by the south Koreans and all other Koreans.

It is as clear as daylight that Lee will be thrown into behind bars as was the case with Chun Doo Hwan and Roh Thae Woo as soon as they were ousted.

There is no application of the statute of limitation to the high treason the traitor committed before history and the nation by perpetrating evils against the people, reunification and humanity.

People from all walks of life in south Korea will give vent to the grudge and resentment pent up during five years' nightmare and thus surely bring Lee, kingpin of all sorts of illegal acts and crimes, and his clan to the court and mete out a stern punishment to them.
