The statement said:

For the past six decades the U.S. has staged war drills with huge military forces involved including latest war hardware under the signboard of "annual war exercises for defence" in violation of the Armistice Agreement. The south Korean puppet army, which has no right to military operations, was forced to bear the brunt of the drills which involved troops of other satellite countries of the U.S.

The arrogance and arbitrariness of the U.S. reached their height and the universally accepted rights guaranteed by international law are trampled down.

The DPRK conducted the third underground nuclear test in protest against the unreasonable "resolution on sanctions" which the UN Security Council fabricated, labeling the country's legitimate satellite launch a "long-range missile launch."

It emerged a satellite launcher and nuclear weapons state by its own efforts, keeping in mind the truth that it is possible to live without sugar, but not without bullets in order to stand up against the U.S. moves to isolate and stifle it, blockade and sanctions.

It is waiting for the time to fight a final battle, ready to prove by dint of powerful war deterrent that it is not an empty talk to blow up the mainland of the U.S., the stronghold of aggression.

The world expects justice to win and injustice to suffer a defeat on the Korean Peninsula.
