Participants in National Meeting of Light Industrial Workers Visit Mangyongdae, Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery
Pyongyang, March 16 (KCNA) -- The participants in the national meeting of light industrial workers visited the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung in Mangyongdae, time-honored holy place of the revolution.

They placed wreaths and bouquets before the graves of the President's grandparents Kim Po Hyon and Ri Po Ik and his parents Kim Hyong Jik and Kang Pan Sok and paid silent tribute to them.

They looked round historic materials and relics on display at the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Museum, looking back on the noble lives of the President and his family.

Then they proceeded to the President's old home at Mangyongdae where they went round the historic relics preserved with great care and once again deeply grasped his revolutionary life.

They also toured the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong.

They laid bouquets before the bust of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk before paying tribute to her.

They laid a wreath and bouquets on the wreath-laying stand and paid silent tribute to the revolutionary martyrs.
