Present there were the delegates whose birthdays fall in the period of the national meeting and officials concerned.

Pak Pong Ju, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, made a speech at the party.

He said that the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un saw to it that the birthday party was arranged for the participants though he was busy commanding the standoff with the U.S. after installing the Supreme Command in the forefront area of the revolution.

Pak called upon the participants in the meeting to create merits in the grand march for building a thriving nation and improving people's living standard.

The participants in the party thanked Marshal Kim Jong Un for providing the national meeting, personally participating in the meeting to indicate the programmatic guide to be held fast to the construction of light industry in the new century of Juche and bestowing warm favors on them again.

A performance was given at the party by employees of Chongryu Restaurant.
