Anatoli Dolgachev, chairman of the Far Eastern Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism of Russia, said the U.S. and other forces following it have made a big blunder again.

The chairman went on:

The anti-DPRK "resolution on sanctions" again approved by the UN Security Council is aimed to impede the peaceful development of socialist Korea.

All the Koreans, with furious enmity against the U.S., are hitting out at its despicable "sanctions" racket and the world progressives are extending support to them.

The DPRK has its own right to peaceful development and no one is entitled to encroach on it.

Konstantin Nikolayev, member of the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK, termed the U.S. the mastermind of all conflicts occurring on the earth, adding:

It is a well known fact that the U.S. forced the DPRK to have access to nuclear deterrence.

If a nuclear war breaks out on the earth, the U.S. is to blame for it, no matter who first ignites it.

Accordingly, the way for saving the earth from nuclear holocaust is for the U.S. to scrap its nuclear weapons first.

The world should be clearly aware of this fact and urge the U.S. to immediately opt for settling the nuclear issue.
