The Peruvian National Independent Movement for Free Voting's Union and the General Kim Jong Il Peruvian Amicable Institute noted in their joint statement on March 10:

The U.S. and forces kowtowing to it fabricated a new UNSC's "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK, accusing it of the third underground nuclear test. It revealed again the ulterior design and unfairness of the U.S. and its followers accustomed to stirring up hostility to the DPRK.

Like all other countries, the DPRK has the right to develop and use space and nuclear energy for peaceful purposes.

Totally anachronistic is the U.S. logic that the nuclear and satellite should be possessed only by it.

On the same day the Peruvian Committee for Remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il and the Peruvian Committee for Friendship and Solidarity with Peoples in their joint statement said:

The UNSC, tolerating other countries' satellite launches and nuclear tests, passed another "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK at the U.S. instigation. It is a clear example of double standards.

We extend invariable solidarity to the Korean people in their just struggle to defend the country's sovereignty and dignity, build a thriving nation and reunify the country.

The Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said in its statement on the same day that no sanctions by the U.S. and forces following it will ever be able to bring the DPRK into submission.

As the DPRK has its tremendous military muscle built up thanks Songun politics and unbreakable single-minded unity, it will always demonstrate its dignity and might as a socialist fortress of Juche.
