The U.S. and south Korean warmongers are holding the provocative Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises despite the repeated warnings of the DPRK and strong public denunciation at home and abroad, the statement said.

The saber-rattling is an open military provocation to bring down the inviolable socialist country as it is a reckless war racket for invading the DPRK unprecedented in its scale, nature and program, the statement noted, and went on:

The north-south relations have gone beyond the uncontrollable danger line due to the war moves of the U.S. and the south Korean puppet group and their rackets for confrontation with the DPRK, and a touch-and-go situation is prevailing on the Korean Peninsula in which a nuclear war may break out anytime.

The officials of the association and all young Koreans in China will turn out as one in the sacred struggle to wipe out the provocateurs and aggressors from the earth if they dare ignite a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula.
