U.S. Forces Busy with Drills for Preemptive Nuclear Strike at DPRK

Pyongyang, March 20 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialists and south Korean warmongers are busy with drills for a preemptive nuclear strike at the DPRK as part of the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises. B-52 took off from the air force base on Guam on March 19 and was busy flying in the air over the firing range in Nyongwol, south Korean Kangwon Province for hours as part of the drill for making a nuclear strike at areas of the DPRK. The U.S. is set to keep introducing B-52 into south Korea even after Key Resolve in an effort to examine its capability for nuclear strike, etc. The U.S. Aegis equipped with the missile defence system entered the East Sea of Korea, timed to coincide with the appearance of B-52 in the air over south Korea. Meanwhile, the U.S. is mulling the participation of nuclear-powered submarine armed with nuclear missiles in the Foal Eagle drill. In this regard south Korean media held that the U.S. opening to public as an exception of the military drills involving strategic bomber and nuclear submarine which it has regarded as secret till now is aimed at confirming its provision of a nuclear umbrella to south Korea and serving a warning to the DPRK. The U.S. is claiming that ballistic missile, nuclear submarine and B-52 serve as the three nuclear strike means to be provided by it to its allies. The prevailing grave situation where the U.S. has become evermore undisguised in its moves to make a preemptive nuclear strike at the DPRK goes to clearly show who is the arch criminal threatening peace on this land. The U.S. imperialists had better stop acting rashly, properly understanding the will of the army and people that have turned out as one in an all-out action for a final victory. |
