Day of Sun to Be Commemorated in Democratic Congo

| Pyongyang, March 21 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee of Democratic Congo for commemorating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung was inaugurated in Kinshasa on Mar. 14. Otete Gaston Mboyo, deputy general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Democratic Congo and chairman of the Democratic Congo-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The preparatory committee fixed the celebration period from Mar. 15 to Apr. 15 and decided to hold diverse events including meeting, seminar and photo exhibition. |
