The DPRK has bolstered up in every way its deterrence for self-defence while tightening belt to cope with the escalating nuclear threat of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces. It laid a sure guarantee for defending its sovereignty under the uplifted banner of Songun as it can never allow its people to become slaves of the imperialists again.

Its army and people have never thought of any concession and compromise in the struggle to defend its sovereignty.

Its strong countermeasures are a choice not for threatening anyone but for protecting the dignity and sovereignty of the country and nation.

The moment the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean warmongers ignite a nuclear war will be a historic moment heralding the overall start of the army and people's all-out struggle for national reunification. The right to preemptive nuclear attack is not a monopoly of the U.S.

The DPRK does what it is determined to do. Whether the U.S. and the south Korean warmongers will experience or not the nightmare in which they will realize its will amid screams, while meeting a miserable death, entirely depends on their attitude.
