Earlier, U.S. Deputy Defense Secretary Carter came to south Korea to discuss with Defense Minister Kim Kwan Jin joint counteractions to cope with "threats" from the DPRK. He said B-52 will be hurled to the joint military exercises to "show off will" and be made to continue such flights.

Rodong Sinmun Thursday says in a bylined commentary this reveals the seriously grave phase the U.S. and the south Korean warmongers have reached in their moves to mount a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK.
