Answer Given by DPRK FM Spokesman Distributed as Official Document of UNSC

Pyongyang, March 21 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry gave an answer to the question put by KCNA on March 14 as regards the assertion made by the U.S. and its satellite forces that the Korean Armistice Agreement can never be dissolved unilaterally. Copies of this answer were distributed as an official document of the UN Security Council S/2013/162 on March 18.
