S. Korean "Saenuri Party" Accused of Its Anti-DPRK Smear Campaign over Human Rights

Pyongyang, March 22 (KCNA) -- Hwang U Ryo, representative of the "Saenuri Party" of south Korea, blustered on Tuesday that "it is necessary to certainly railroad through the 19th 'National Assembly' the bill on human rights in the north, not cleared at the 18th NA". Minju Joson Friday says in a bylined commentary in this regard: His remarks are nothing but a product of the wicked plot to prod the opposition parties into passing it through the 19th "National Assembly" without fail and thus justify the anti-DPRK smear campaign over human rights. It is a brazen-faced act for the "Saenuri Party" to institute the "law on human rights in the north" over its non-existent human rights issue. The "Saenuri Party" has taken the lead in turning south Korea into the world's worst tundra of human rights. What merits attention is that it is working hard to plug the opposition parties into a campaign for cooking up the law. The above-said bill proposed by the "Saenuri Party" has failed so far to pass through the NA due to the objection of the opposition parties. Their stance reflects the people's mindset. The south Korean people are strongly critical of the "Saenuri Party's" anti-DPRK smear campaign over human rights. It is against this backdrop that the group is instigating the opposition parties to seek the NA carriage of the bill. This is nothing but a despicable artifice to deprive them of popular support. The "Saenuri Party" is now working hard in the direction of making the north-south relations hardly repairable. The army and people of the DPRK will wipe out the ultra-right conservatives of the "Saenuri Party" including Hwang U Ryo once an order is issued to launch a great war for national reunification. |
