U.S. Last-ditch Efforts to Escalate Military Threat to DPRK: News Analyst
Pyongyang, March 22 (KCNA) -- The U.S. is now making last-ditch efforts to escalate its military threat to the DPRK, taken aback by the latter's will to take toughest counteractions.

On March 19, B-52 of the U.S. forces flew into south Korea to get involved in a drill under the simulated conditions of dropping nuclear bombs on the DPRK.

The drill was reportedly staged as part of the on-going madcap Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises.

In this regard the U.S. deputy secretary of Defense blustered that the U.S. remains transparent in its will to defend south Korea and its defense commitment is steadily maintained against the backdrop of ceaseless threat from north Korea.

A spokesman for the U.S. Department of Defense at a press conference asserted that B-52s' flight into south Korea was to examine their nuclear and conventional capabilities, adding that their drill was aimed to call attention to the fact that the U.S. has extended deterrent capability to cope with the recent threat of north Korea and to show its will to defend south Korea.

On the same day, the U.S. launched spy satellite GEO-2 for the purpose of intensifying espionage against the DPRK.

The satellite is reportedly tasked to monitor all military moves in the Northern Pacific region with the DPRK as a main target.

The U.S. claims that by use of the satellite it can detect in advance the DPRK's launch of medium and short range missiles and even daily flights of its fighters.

As a puppy knows no fear of a tiger, such ridiculous military threat of the U.S. can never work on the DPRK.

The DPRK remains undeterred though the U.S. makes much fuss, introducing strategic nuclear strike means and launching spy satellite. The army and people of Songun Korea will never step back from the all-out action against the U.S. imperialists.

Such campaign of the U.S. would only reinforce the resolution of the army and people of the DPRK to take revenge upon the enemy.

As already declared before the world, the DPRK has nuclear and missile striking capabilities strong enough to resolutely foil any provocation of the U.S. imperialists and wipe out the aggressors to the last man.

If B-52 flies into the air over the Korean Peninsula again, it will not escape a powerful military counteraction.

Should the enemies launch an aggression at any cost, the DPRK will give fullest play to the might of Songun to mercilessly punish the aggressors.

The U.S. had better come to its senses, tough belatedly, and stop at once its adventurous military threat to the DPRK.
