Among those present on invitation were officials of the Foreign Ministry, State Duma, Federal Council, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Economy and Development, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Education and Science, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, Russian Railways Company, Gazprom Company and Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK and other officials concerned.

The participants laid bouquets before a full-length picture of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il standing together.

They looked round photos on display under the themes of "Whole Life Dedicated to People" and "Successful Launch of Satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2".
