Kim Yong Nam in his message expressed deep condolences to the prime minister and, through her, to the bereaved families and the Bangladeshi people, upon hearing the sad news that the president passed to their sorrow.

Though Zillur Rahman passed away, his exploits for the country and nation will always be remembered by the people, the message said.
