DPRK's Third Underground Nuclear Test Supported by Nigerian Organization
Pyongyang, March 23 (KCNA) -- The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea posted an article on its website on March 14 to support the third underground nuclear test of the DPRK.

The article referred to the nuclear test the DPRK conducted to cope with the hostile acts of the U.S. who infringed upon its legitimate right to satellite launch, adding:

The nuclear test of the DPRK was entirely a just step for self-defence.

It is quite natural that the DPRK responded to the augmenting nuclear threat by the U.S. with its own nuclear deterrent.

The U.S. and other permanent members of the UN Security Council are responsible for most of the nuclear tests and satellite launches in the world.

But they fabricated a "resolution" banning the DPRK from a nuclear test or a satellite launch. It is the height of double-standards.

The article queried how the UNSC could take issue with a sovereign state's exercise of its just right to self-defence and its peaceful scientific and technological activities had the former considered even a bit about upholding the international justice and fairness as its life and cornerstone of all its activities.

It went on:

Why doesn't the UNSC take issue with the U.S. policy of preemptive nuclear strike that poses biggest threat to the world peace and security?

Humankind are lamenting over the UNSC's behavior of patronizing with a cover of "international legality" the high-handed and arbitrary practices of the U.S. which has been engrossed in invasion and intervention in other countries.

As long as the U.S. comes out hostile toward the DPRK, complicating the situation, the latter will take second and third stronger countermeasures in succession.

Comb-out of the DPRK's ships and naval blockade against it called for by the U.S. and its allies will be regarded as an act of war and entail the DPRK's merciless retaliatory strike upon their strongholds.
