The U.S. and the south Korean puppet warmongers are staging the madcap joint military exercises Key Resolve and Foal Eagle in south Korea, defying strong protest and denunciation by the public at home and abroad.

The Foal Eagle joint military exercises that will run through till the end of April involve more than 10,000 U.S. forces and over 200,000 south Korean army as well as huge nuclear war means such as nuclear strategic bomber and nuclear-armed submarine. A variety of drills for attacking simulated targets of the DPRK are being waged in the sky, land and seas.

The north-targeted war rehearsal is a serious provocation against the DPRK and an open challenge to the warnings served by it.

There is no such precedent in which two-month long war exercises have been waged in areas close to the other party with the mobilization of hundreds of thousands of troops and the state-of-the-art war means armed with nuclear bombs and live shells as the U.S. and the south Korean forces are doing now.

The DPRK already stated to the world that it will counter the U.S. and south Korea's provocation of a new war with an all-out war and would not rule out a preemptive attack.

Time has passed when only words were made.

The DPRK will counter force with force, precision strike with super precision strike and nuke with nuke.

The enemies will be gravely mistaken if they take as just threats the strong spirit of annihilating enemies and the grudge of the army and people of the DPRK all out to uphold the order of Marshal Kim Jong Un, the great illustrious commander of Mt. Paektu.

Whether it is nuclear strategic bomber or nuclear-armed submarine that comes in attack against the DPRK, they can never evade the super precision strikes to be mounted by the powerful revolutionary Paektusan army.

The enemies should clearly understand that things will not just end in smoke in the present era of Marshal Kim Jong Un who is resolute in determination and merciless in strike, determined to wipe out enemies at a stroke.

The U.S. should behave with discretion, bearing in mind that it does not have the monopoly of nuclear and other ultra-modern weapons.

Those who run amuck in the moves for a war against the DPRK will never be able to evade stern punishment.
